Never heard of Ruth before I saw her in Lone Ranger film but I like her

I remember when she was in that crazy comedy show Suburban Shootout with Tom Hiddleston.

Ruth Wilson is good in everything she's in; most notably BBC's Luther. She was also in the running to play Captain Marvel at one point. I wonder if this win will up her chances...

I was rooting for Pike but I haven't seen Still Alice yet and apparently Moore is really, really good.

She's got it locked just like Blanchett last year.

Same here, i watched every clip, trailer, review and it looks and sounds utterly boring. I can appreciate the work and craftmans ship that went into a project like this.

Yeah, I can too... but it just seems like it will be another one of those cases of the Hollywood Foreign Press and the Academy showing everyone how brilliant they are by giving Best picture to a movie that 98% of the population will never watch.

Boyhood is awesome. And I totally went into it thinking I would find it overrated and boring, but nope...the movie actually worked pretty spectacularly for me. I don't generally fall in love with plot-less movies, but I really think it's a must-see. And not just because of the novelty, Ethan Hawke and Patricia Arquette deliver incredible performances.

I'm happy for Linklater getting those big wins last night. Wouldn't be at all dissatisfied if it won the big one next month.

I was fine with all the winners at the Globes. Many of my personal favorites didnt win, but (outside of the Best Actress categories, where I can't comment on the winners too much), I felt every winner was the clear cut winner.
