Not surprised if she really was bored. It does seems like she's way too good for the Hollywood scene.

I remember when Clooney was just bored They made fun of it one year

He was about to get an Oscar and they said he probably wishes he was in Darfur or somewhere else saving the world

Yeah, I can too... but it just seems like it will be another one of those cases of the Hollywood Foreign Press and the Academy showing everyone how brilliant they are by giving Best picture to a movie that 98% of the population will never watch.

It actually made 10 times its budget in the US alone. Its not particularly pretentious movie by any means, mostly a pretty standard family drama outside the time span over which it takes place and was filmed. Very accessible.

I don't really understand this response.
