Dude, how many sitcoms have an entire cast of hispanic actors and characters? I was hoping for the show to be great. It wasn't and so I was disappointed.

yeah, but it's george lopez. i mean come on, i watched the pilot for the show and literally the only joke on the whole thing was the size of his head. they mentioned it like 20 times before the first commercial break.

lets just say i never got back around to watching anything else of that show.

I agree that the pilot was horrible, but I still wanted to give the show a chance.

I've never seen the British version. I've been meaning to for some time now.

It's really very different. What they get away with on tv over there still wouldn't fly over here. (except maybe on hbo) The language, visuals, scenarios and such are much, much racier.
