Just checked rememberinggina.org and I was wondering if this statement has always been there. Its at the bottom of the page.

Anyone notice that Gotham Cab was started by Karl and Mary Breitup? Karl Breitup was one of the cops patrolling the Festival the night Gina died.

That has to mean something. We have to get that pin. Breitup has his fingers in a few cookie jars, I think.

About Us:
Gotham Cab was established on Valentine’s Day, 1995 on Karl and Mary Breitup’s 10th wedding anniversary. We started with three cabs. Since then we’ve grown, adding more cabs and more drivers. It’s a family company.
Maybe the pin is 1995 or 10(Anniversary)03(number of Cabs).

Already tried that. It just sends you an e-mail saying "This officer has been suspended and charged, and should be on trial in a few months."

Maybe the Joker left us a clue somewhere. On the personality test, one of the answers to a question was "Call Mommy." Try saying "Mommy" after the beep.

Or maybe the pin has to be decoded from the series of numbers that were the "correct" answers, the ones that got "A scream" as a result.

I didn't even know Gotham Times had an admin code. Very likely. I also tried J-O-K-E-R and M-O-M-M-Y on my phone, to no avail.
