Looks like the D.A.'s hands are pretty dirty, and he's going to bail out those two cops who, either directly or through their negligence, killed Gina.

I think we've got to take him down, somehow. What if we reported him to Harvey Dent's tipline? I guess we can trust Dent, but probably not the GCPD, as their website encourages us to report wrongdoing to the D.A. office.
