Has this **** been approved yet?
You've inspired me byrd to pull my own little surprise the next time someone makes fun of Aquaman.t:
There's already been one Gotham RPG. Went by the name of "Why So Serious?" Was tremendously popular until everyone stopped caring.I think this RPG could be interesting, but I also have problems with it being purely Gotham orientated. I know, I know. It's the whole point of the RPG but I just think it is strange to have an RPG focused on one character's universe. Maybe if it was the whole DC universe done within the same vain as the Dark Knight with the characters being more gritty and real. I already know that would be a problem.
Not saying this shouldn't get approved, but wasn't there a rule when this subforum came about that said that RPG's set in one character's universe wasn't allowed. If that has changed, that's fine. I just want to make sure I'm not crazy.
I'm not being sarcastic when I say this. Thank you, Byrd. Your ego has helped an argument...once again. My 2 cents: Anyone who says they can't write as a cop. Let me say this much....
Hold on, what is this?

How did that get in there?![]()
Maybe in the sense that they don't really have two identities or a costume, but yeah, I think you get my meaning.Writing a cop is very different from writing a superpowered hero or villain, but like you said, it's all about the portrayal. Not everyone can pull that off though.
That would be the reason for this thread and all the discussion. But thanks for being of no use to the rest of us who give a damn. That's sure-fire proof that this one'll succeed.
I disagree. There's more to it.Maybe in the sense that they don't really have two identities or a costume, but yeah, I think you get my meaning.
Well, nobody has spoken out against the proposition of allowing custom characters, so I guess we all agree that it's allowed.I have an idea for a created character, if that's allowed.
I wonder if you have the same idea I had for UDC, Harl. I'll have to wait and see.Actually, the new DA won't be a created character.
Somebody's being transferred from New York.
