When the movie comes out, once you buy a ticket you will have to wait a solid 6 weeks for a seat because they have to be individually shipped from Rhode Island. You will only be allowed to buy popcorn if you join Club Cinema, for which you have to commit to buying 14 movie tickets in advance over the next 12 months.
How about a buffed-up Dan Stevens as He-Man?
It's inherenly corny. The movie probably will be too. Probably should be. But it can still be badass. Like Buffy and Angel were corny and badass. Or Thor. Or Raimi's Spider-Man films. Or The Incredibles.Hope's it's not corny.

Battle Cat never talked.I'm not big on talking animals, but I kind of want to see Battle Cat talk now upon seeing that picture. Brian Cox for the voice.
He did in the filmation animation series, but only there. He is only been an animal making animal sounds in all later incarnations, I'm pretty sure the new movie would follow in that vein.Battle Cat never talked.

Of course that is assuming it is a new movie, which is assuming TOM ROTHMAN gives it the green light. That might be asking much, but seeing as Sony haven't really got any franchises, I guess there must be some hope.
