Greatest Martial Artist of All Time

Yes I have also read 'acounts' of people splitting a clifface with their palm amongst other things. As well as people inducing coma's with a Kai shout.
Show me where I can find info on this and regardless, I don't think it still adds up to teleporting and stopping bullets with a loud ki.

You only get to take the test for perfecting that skill one time.

I've heard a lot of pretty crazy stories about Morehei, back when I studied Aikido myself. I also saw some pretty crazy things. We had one sensei who used to walk around with a kata stick. He would randomly hand it to new people in the class. He did this to me on my first night (I had no idea what it was all about) and it dropped me to the ground and pinned my hand to the ground. I couldn't get my hand out from under it. It was a very freaky experience. He claimed that he'd loaded it with ki, making it incredibly heavy to those who didn't have strong ki of their own. I watched him do that trick repeatedly throughout the years to people who had no idea what he was doing and it always had that same effect. Wild stuff, even though it sounds like a B.S. story.

Morihei and other aikido people are famous for di\oing that kind of stuff. Morihei used to do it with several people.

I really don't understand how someone could concentrate their power like this? Were you ever able to reach that level, at least to a minor degree?

I once stopped a train simply by clapping my hands.

:D

Seriously, though, I did develop some excellent control over my ki.

The idea of Kai shouts runs through most of the ninjutsu disciplines, and has been stated to drop people out of consciousness, teleport, turn invisible, blind people, stop bullets and plenty of other things. If you were just to read up on the origins of these techniques, maybe you'd understand that what is claimed to have been achieved by this individual is by no means unique.

Most of these things you talk about are often nothing more than fictional stories. Many ninjutsu people (including Hatsumi from memory) even say this. And even if one or two ninjutsuans did have one or two of these abilities, look at 'ALL' the abilities Morihei had, many, many more than any individual ninja I know of. Oh, and yes, I have checked. If you disagree with any of this, please point me in the proper direction as to where I can find the info on what you claim because I have found nobody to equal or surpass Morihei.

w.e i can make a man cry by giving him the eyes 0_0

Most/all of what I wrote is in a book called ABUNDANT PEACE written by John Stevens, an aikidoka and some type of priest who lives in Japan.
Most martial artists like the one you're describing are shrouded in urban legends. Even in China the Boxers were said to have supernatural powers, be able to swat bullets, levitate, move objects with their minds, etc. Martial artists can do some amazing things. There's a Japanese mafia hitman for example (I think his name is Gozo) who can ring cattle catchers like a bell with his fists. His brother can supposedly cut the necks off of beer bottles with very little movement. These things are physically possible. The things you describe are not, they are fairy tale, probably from that era and tried to make sense of things people either saw that got misrepresented, or hearsay.

All of this magically powered ninjas and kung fu masters talk makes me think of that Batman TAS "Day Of The Samurai" episode where the ninja was running around wielding his "touch of death". It kept making me laugh because of the way he repeatedly said "touch of death!". :D

Kyodai Ken and his o-nemuri touch. Great episode, great show. Bought all the FOX eps on DVD.

It's all true. Here is video proof of the guy demonstrating his martial arts on students and he even challenges an MMA fighter to an actual fight. Watch and see what happens.

In the video, his students all fall over when he does his thing, but the MMA fighter smashed him down in about thirty seconds? Your point being what exactly?

And the 5th Dan for ninjutsu, includes sitting cross legged with eyes closed, and a man behind you wields a katana above your head, and sometime within the next few hours, he'll strike, you have to move out of the way, sensing nothing but intention.
