I would guess it will be here before season 6 (2016) so probably late 2015, early 2016.

Yeah my bet is still on Winter 2015. That's the latest he can do it.

Getting it out by then will buy him what, maybe a year to get the seventh book out? It sounds like it'll take 3/4 of the way through season 6 to catch up, and they'd start shooting that this time next year. It'll be tight no matter what

Season 7 should consist entirely of blooper reel episodes and clipshows of Tyrion and Bronn in a bar saying "Remember when we ...."

Getting TWOW out before the show catches up will be relatively simple I think. He said in like 2012 that he's got 400 pages done, and that was two years ago. It'll be getting ADOS out before the show ends which is going to be really difficult.
