I figure that if they plan to have Mysterio in a future installment, especially if it's the third, then it can't hurt to have Quentin Beck appear or have a glorified cameo here. The character doesn't necessarily have to be Mysterio or undergo character development in ASM2. They can give him all of that in ASM3.

He has to be Cletus. This guy has been my 1st pick for since I knew of him lol. I think it might be more likely that he's Quentin or JJJ though. Damn he would make an awesome Cletus Kassidy though. He would make an awesome anything.

i think they're going to keep it as a complete surprise, like a certain cameo at the end of fast and furious 6. the audience are going to go nuts when they see him appear on screen.

I agree. Honestly, if someone can contact Sevenwebheads and ask him to quickly remove his video, that would be awesome. It's a longshot but eh. I feel so bummed out now. If he was truly in this film, it's obvious that Webb and Sony wanted it to be a surprise if it was kept this much under wraps. But the cat is out of the bag now. Whether or not he's really in ASM2, people will be talking and suspecting.
