How on earth could you get any less Storm. My god, seven years and three movies, and she's still an unknown ******ed worthless obligatory minority backdrop. Non of her established canon background made it into the film, her sole purpose of being in the movies (to lead with Cyke gone, or lead the team in a new direction) was stolen right beneath her.
Sure she got screen time...doing what exactly. And when outside of using Nightcrawler's magical "line of sight" teleportation, was she productive? And don't use that X1 floating Wolverine up to the Torch thing. That was Singer's desperate attempt at remembering she needed a purpose. Jean should have used her um TK to do that.
So again, where is this less Storm, or no more Storm coming from. We have yet to see Storm be STORM. And it obviously isn't going to happen because these writers refuse to read, or have absotlutely zero reading comprehension skills.
Hell, if they had Halle as Storm and they wanted to be funny about something they could have written a nudity scene about how Storm hates wearing clothes, and even that would have been closer to the real character than ANYTHING they had done.
As much as I love Storm, and I adore Halle because of her talent, someone involved needs to know what their doing. A writer, director, producer (yes Hugh that means you too), or they need to stop.
She's full of projects, one of which is coming out now.
