That trailer was simply amazing! When the theme song kicked in, I nearly had a heart attack!!!

I thought the trailer was okay but really didn't get me hyped up for anything really. The graphics were sort of cool and sort of not. Like someone posted they thought these were graphics easily pulled off on the Xbox. That was kind of not needed to be 2 minutes and 25 seconds. I didn't really like the color of Master Cheifs armor. I sort of thinking that this was a CG trailer? But I know i'll get flamed for saying that

I think Resistance fall of man looked more amazing than this but really you can't compare because there was no gameplay for Halo 3 but I have a feeling I know how the gameplay will turn out. Resistance looked like a bleak brutal and graphicaly amazing game that is going to continue to improve since they have six more months till launch.

^Sorry that this was really off topic, I'll make a Resistance fall of man thread I apologize to the Halo boys.

We won't ruin the content of our short presentation by describing it frame by frame, but we will note that everything you're seeing here is being rendered in real-time on the Xbox 360, using the current version of our Halo 3 game engine. The HDR lighting, self-shadowing, GPU-run particle system and many other effects should make it intact (and more) to our final game.

no doubt the graphics were top notch....and they'll only get better from here!!!

but the teaser didn't really tease me too much. it didn't really show me anything i didn't expect to see. still....can't wait to play the bloody game.
