Who knows, its like 2 mins long with alot of new footage....I just figured it was the trailer.

Whoa, that was crazy! Hancock looks fantastic. I love how we still have comedy, but now we have some drama and serious tones, as well. This is a "First Look," not a theatrical trailer, but I am sure that 95% of what we saw in that First Look will be in the theatrical trailer.

i saw a lot of trailers premiere on TV. and they always said trailer. its just in a was strange that they are sainyf ''first look''. if it was teh theatrical full traielr then i think they would say trailer. plus the editing was not like for a superhero movie IMO

The rumor of Charlize Theron being it came from leaked pics of she lefting a car with her bare hands. It wasn't clear if it was for the movie or only a joke, but it sounds like we're getting a super-powered villain too.

And how cool was the action scene with the costume? Stoping a missile with his bare hands! Falling along with a bridge. Facing of Three *ucking Tornados!

Damn you, Bryan Singer! You blind.

The ending does feel sort of cutted off before it actually ends. If anything the style of this edit reminds me of the Spider-Man 2 trailer. If this is not the full trailer then I would think that after Hancock announces he will start helping people & be a more decent person there would be the usual 30 second dramatic music edit

Cant believe i never noticed this before, just watched the teaser and then the first look, this looks superb, i think Smith is a superb actor, and its very rare that i dont enjoy one of his movies, this looks to be no different.

BTW, quick question, is it based on a comic book or TPB?

The part where Hancock asks the policewoman if he could touch her sooooo cracks me up... "It's not sexual... maybe on a different day..." - the look on his face in that scene is priceless!

No i didnt know it had been in development for that long, who knew Hollywood could still come up with new ideas? Very interesting though, and it seems a role tailormaid for Will.
