Harry Potter and the Curse Child

I always wanted a Snape origins... I know there's a very well made fan-film out there tho

They're gonna need a whole lot of CGI and prosthetics on the original cast members, but what can they do about voice? I'd guess MARVEL's de-age but in reverse effect for the whole movie would be very expensive to pull off. As per voice that changes over time as well....
the reason they use CGI for de-aging is because they need to remove skin from the faces. why would they need a reverse CGI for making them older? :woot:

Better makeup that's more subtle, use the two together to enhance it somehow. We all saw how unrealistic they looked as adults at the end of the last Harry Potter film. It's the one thing everyone criticizes. So either the makeup team was absolutely horrendous at their jobs for the last Harry Potter film, or making someone that young (still young) look old is just as complicated as realistically making someone old look young. Wasn't there some CGI for that in Benjamin Button as well?

I guess WB filed for a trademark of Cursed Child back in July for no reason at all. :o

Of course they aren't gonna admit it when Fantastic Beasts (the first of a trilogy) isn't even released yet.

Why not? Studios announce future plans for a franchise frequently these days. It won't hurt Fantastic Beasts at all.
