Why exactly? TV has to judged as TV (by TV's norms, conventions, faults, and strengths), everything else as what ever it specifially is. As somethings that apply to TV can't and/or shouldn't be applied to something else. TV is inconsistant, product of multiple writers/creative teams on single show. Especailly in childrens programming, though it's goten better all round since the 80's. TV got nothing on comics though.

If something only happens less than 6 times, and is never specifially described, it doesn't count. It never happened. As it could be lazy writing, a writer who only did one episode, or someting else.
