Have you ever been in a protest?

Yep.

 riiiiiiiiight! yeah, Electoral Fraud.
Believe it or not, In Mexico there are a lot of interests from people who are in power, there are too many "mistakes and human errors" in the election and the diference between the 2 most important candidates is very little, but thats not a problem only in Mexico, USA also had a recent electoral crisis when Bush and Gore were running for president, lots of doubts.

Yeah, I'm Mexican, and Live in Mexico so spare me the lesson there sport.
the only "Mistake" was Obrador saying that If he lost by a vote he would concede, he lost by 3 00,000 or something, and all of sudden "fraud" there's always some plot against that man (in his mind).
oh, and don't compare the Bush / Gore please, if anything If obrador ahd won it would be comparable.
how come the states where PRD won governorships are not being upheld as examples of fraud? yeah, this reeks alright, I knew that Obrador was a nut from the get go, but now he strikes me as a blackmailer as well.:down

Nope...I thought you knew I was against illegal drug use. I don't drink alcohol either.

My Social Studies teacher in HS used to tell us how his dad was a cop and used to beat hippies.
He told us these stories with such glee in his eyes

 yeah, Marches are cool, explain to me the pride of blockading entire avenues for weeks so that people that actually have jobs and stuff to do are either late or just don't get there. damaging the economy of small and medium businesess? so forth and so on.
that seems like Blackmail to me, not protest. "give us what we want or we won't allow you to live in peace"

 pride, with their little camps with people watching television and having little plays in the middle of the ****ing street in one of the biggest cities in Mexico?

more like shame.
Its a shame all the big noise about all the money lost and the jobs lost because of a blocked avenue, but we dont see no one talking in the tv about the millions of inmigrants in the USA looking for a JOB, because the economic system can't respond to their problems, its a shame also that during this six years in th administration of Fox lots of jobs were lost, more than the ones because of a blocked avenue, even when the Federal Goverment has the duty of creating jobs for its people, so...

By the way, television actually works!!!, thats why i preffer printed news

 so basically you're saying that blockading an avenue (one of the busier ones in Mexico City) isn't that bad because hey "compared to six years at a national level" it's not that bad?
suuuure, you do know that Obrador was part of the PRI before Joining the PRD? you know that he also has a lot of the people that Salinas De gortari (responsible for the biggest loss of the peso against the dollar in the history of Mexico) had on his staff?

say who was responsible for the **** that Fox had to deal with?

that's right PRI the rightiest right party that ever righted, yet now he remakes himself as some sort of Leftist man of the people because he talk like he just got of the shrimp boat?
yeah, you're right it is like Bush/Gore, except instead of a Texas accent he uses a "costeno" accent, big deal.
Fox lost jobs? sure, he's not a messiah, but he was far better than anything the PRI offered in the last 70 years. he also reduced estreme poverty (the only one to do that in a while BTW) and made so that Homes where more affordable to the people, also reformed healthcare.
you really think that he was going to clean up 70 years of corruption in 6 years?

bah! protesting is great, but blackmail is just that. remember UNAM? closed for a year because people, like the ones blockading the avenue today used the exact same reasoning as you do now.

But you must admit...I looked damn fine in them though.:)

God, that's inspiring.
I gotta start lifting weights again.
I would totally strut down the street in green bell-bottoms, a Hawaiian Punch hat and no shirt.

dude, I'm not going to disrespect the people here by typing in spanish. I've heard about San Lazaro, so what? I saw the videos both parties acted like Idiots, what where they doing blockading that. plantones are for blackmailers with no jobs, protest marches are good and neat, but some of us have to work to get our money, we can't just drop it all to aid our leader in his brave Coup.
