The wildlings are at camp showering Jon with gifts and the songs of their people. Jon smiles, enjoying this valuable cultural experience. A cry is heard in the distance.

The camera pans to a stampede of a thousand men on horses. We see Stannis driving the men with a flaming whip. "FORM RANKS, YOU DOGS!"

In the distance, Wildling women and children are burning. The soundtrack a high screaming wail.

"TAKE THE WOMEN FOR OUR THRALLS!" Stannis shouts. "FEED THE BABES TO THE FIRES!"

"Yes" cries Davos, "R'hllor hungers!"

Jon looks on, grief-stricken. "Old Gods save us," he whispers, "he's even making the woman and children pay the iron price."

Hopefully this season has more wieners

Do any of you guys also watch the History channels Vikings?

Darkstar > Bastard of Driftmark > Patchface > Quentyn > Doran > Oberyn.

You read the books, CBB?

I'm making my way through them. I'm about 100 pages into the second book, Clash of Kings. Just finished Dany's first chapter.

I'd like to say, by the way, that I'm so happy Emila Clarke kept her hair at the end of season one. Dany having her hair burned off doesn't sound like a good look to me.

Making a prediction, don't read if you haven't read AFFC:

The show is adding Davos and Stannis going to Braavos so it's likely Arya will still go to Braavos, too. My prediction is that Stannis and Davos will split up at Braavos, Stannis going to the Wall and Davos sailing south to go on his own mission. Meanwhile, Arya will work her way to the Saltpans, looking for a ship to take her to Braavos. She will find one and meet Davos just as he's departing the ship she's about to board.

Stannis is [BLACKOUT]going to Braavos[/BLACKOUT]? Whaa? Why?

Lol it's been confirmed for ages. He and Davos [blackout] travel to Braavos to get a loan from the iron bank so that they can purchase the Golden Company. [/blackout]

Interesting. I completely missed this bit of news. I don't mind it. I'm not a book purist by any definition. As long as they don't do some True Blood level BS for the sake of BS I don't mind changes like this. If it even is a change. Did Stannis do this in this in the books? I can't remember.:O

No, he just went straight to [blackout] the Wall [/blackout] in the books.

I dig it because it's a new environment for those characters to interact with, it'll be a good chance for them to show more.

I don't think you'll find any fans complaining about the change, mainly because 1) it let's us see Braavos earlier, 2) it gives Stannis and Davos more to do rather than being absent for 80% of the season 3) Mark Gattiss is playing the Braavosi Banker. Which should be ****ing amazing.

Mycroft!:awesome: Cant wait to see this bit. I hope he's a total ass to Stannis. Lol Stannis in Esos can't just punish people. He'll have to take whatever **** that banker deals him.:D

Yeah that same Banker who will [blackout] end up getting ****ed over by Cersei and end up giving Stannis the blank cheque anyway [/blackout] :p

Stannis is more obsessed with the law than most people. He'd know that his rights have no bearing on sovereign soil. Plus even if Tycho tells him to get ****ed it won't stop him [blackout] Saving Westeros. [/blackout]

That gif...:hubba

I genuinely think Sophie is the most attractive member of the cast, she's right up there with Emilia.

(and I can say that without worry now that she's legal :hehe: )

She's certainly grown into a beautiful young woman. I hope she gets some film roles after the show ends. She gives it her all when she's in front of a camera.

Yeah, really the show is so lucky to have so many talented young actors bringing it week after week.

She was still 17 during that gif. :o

But yes, Sophie is quite beautiful. Takes a lot to stand out on a show with the likes of Natalie Dormer, Emilia Clarke, Lena Headey, etc.

Natalie is my favorite. Mmmmm she is just ****ing stunning

My favorites on the show are the ones currently on screen at any given time. :funny:
