My hat is STILL 10 pounds to heavy, but the point is that you CANNOT keep it a secret no matter what it does to your relationship. If you truly care about her you will tell her parents immediately and try and get her some help. Right now she is in denial and she needs to come to terms with her problem. It has more to do with just wanting to lose weight. Her self-esteem has dropped so low that she has convinced herself she is ugly therefore leading to self-destructive behavior.

You need to get her to stop as soon as possible. Bulemia is one of the most dangerous eating disorders because it erodes the esophogus and eats away at the enamel on your teeth. People may not think of the long term repercussions of this disorder, but they are very serious. I have acid-reflux, but I can control that. Bulemia can not be controlled. Get her to stop as soon as possible if you care about her that much, because she won't like what she becomes as a result of throwing up every day.
