It is very sad what happened to the man in this picture, but I think it should be similar to what the makeup team eventually produces for Two-Face.

This IS graphic, so I'm just gonna post the link to it....

I thought it was interesting too. Also, I think it would look dumb if Dent's hair got burned off on one side; if they do something like this poor man's effects, it would look much more realistic. Just make the burn on his face.

the only problem is, his burn is an acid burn, while the man in the photographs is of unknown origin...different burns look different, and an acid burn could very well burn out your hair folicles if it went deep enough

It might be a little too gruesome. Maybe if it's healed a little.

That guy looks to happy to be burnt for real.

i think that'd be a good look, but more scarred and less red.

Thats a really bland burn make-up, people. I know you want the bar set pretty low, but damn.

In Comparisin, the healed Burn make-up from the 80's flick Phantom of the Mall blows it away by looking more like the Traditional Two-Face.

I think that's make up on that guy in that photo.

However, I don't won't Harvey to have a clear cut division down his face but a gradual change from normal to burned.

I've thought the Phantom of the Opera face deformation on Gerard Butler looked good (however, that movie probably eliminates him from Dent contention, not that he would be anyway)

Dude that sucks... his face needs more buldges and the disfigured eye and lips are what defines two face... not an eye completely burned off and a picture clean smile

Mel Gibson in The Man Without a Face. Something like that, maybe a little more extreme, would work for Two-Face. It shouldn't be overdone, but it should still be gruesome and kinda hard to look at. Maybe cover a little more of the face, an eye, and burn out some hair, and that's a good look.

I said this so many times, I wouldn't mind that kind a look.

Hmmm...I wouldn't mind seeing some hair discoloration if it's not all burnt off. I kinda want a TLH/DV scarring, but maybe a fleshy red/brown over that purple scarring.

well, this is just my hope, I dont think we'll see Two Face. why would we? why introduce a makeup technique for a couple minutes at the end of the movie when, in the years between sequels, they can come up with something (most likely) better?

honestly, I don't think he should be scarred in this movie. save it for the sequel.

I think he should be scarred in the second, but wait until the third to show it. Have him recovering in the hospital as the second ends, then resume the third movie after some time has gone by and he's gone mad and escaped. You have to give the wound time to heal, afterall. Otherwise you have to create a look for a fresh wound and a healed-over wound.

Besides, as I've said before, Harvey Dent getting scarred is something that should be seen in the theaters first, since the general audience wont know who this guy's gonna become. If you leave the scarring until the third, people will see in the trailers that the guy they were rooting for last time is now a villain, and the impact wont be as big.

Maybe the dent transformation should be something like the Darth Vader transformation in SW:ROTS. That was pretty intense and could work for TDK.
