That's funny you mentioned that. I've been working to lower my blood pressure without medication. So far I think I've been pretty successful. It makes me feel like a Zen warrior.
 
Sometimes. Sometimes I just give it a dirty look and it goes down by itself.
 
There are AWESOME breathing tricks to lower your blood pressure. Here's a great one I use before singing.

Breathe out through your mouth until you are out of breath. Then breathe out MORE. This forces your lungs to empty from the top down. Once you get all the air out (you'll feel it in your lower lungs), take in very small breaths and get your breathing back to normal, WITHOUT taking in any large breaths.

By the way, you'll feel lightheaded so don't freak out.

When you breathe in your upper lungs, you don't get as much air, and you tend to feel more panicy and hyper. Breathing in from your lower lungs gives you a TON of air, and makes you calmer and more serene.

That's your SHH Zen moment of the day!
 
Not really. It's a lot easier than I thought it would be. After quitting cigarettes, nothing seems hard anymore.
 
I drank nothing but water for a while. It was so boring. The color seemed to fade from my world. :(
