Holy Bat-Merch!!

I heard about those chips in an issue of Wizard...

I remember the "Batman and Robin" Pop-Tarts more clearly.

Nothing turns a stomach quite like the Batgirl ones with Purple icing and little yellow bat candy things...ughhhhhhhh...

lol yeah i remember the B&R pop tarts, my moms friend had those i believe, i was 10 when B&R cam out so i didnt care about any of the fanboy stuff, i just knew it was batman and it had to be cool.

as for batman merchandise, only thing that i collected (and still collect) from the movies is the kenner action figures and bat vehicles and such. i hope to one day have every single batman movie batmobile and bat vehicle, along with every action figure from each of the movies.

I have the box of those tortilla chips. They also came with the same bank as the cereal. I also have those Pop Tart B&R boxes.lol

I had a box of Batman cereal from 89. I still have the box somewhere.

At first glance your name looks like Shemale121 lol

I wonder how much you'd have to pay someone to eat this stuff now.

More than i make.

I'm sure it takes like sweetened cardboard at this point in time, the cereal that is.

It's funny how 15 years or so from now, Hypsters will joke about how awful a preserved bag of "TDK" Reese's Pieces might taste LOL...

*sigh* being a Batman fan rocks...:)

At the foot of my bed I have a life size Keaton BR poster tha twas a give away at Shoppers drug mart in conjunction with Pears shampoo and today (ontop of West autograph) I got a present that time forgot. My dad is cleaning his stuff in the basement this weekend and I come home from the con and there is a humpty dumpty chips envolpoe beside the computer addressed to me.

he asks if I knwo what is is and I say no and he tells me to open it up inside is a big BR poster. On one side is variouse pics and the other side is the batmobile blueprints.

I had forgotten all about this. He said it was a give away and he had one for me and him and my mom and sisters.

I still have loads of cool Batman movie stuff....it's the only movie series I really buy merchandise for.

- The comic adaptions of all the movies (which are universally crap), the novelisations (which are surprisingly good, except Returns)

- The official movie books for each film, really the best part of the merchandise. The B&R book is amazingly one of the best making of books I've read.

- Catwoman candy dispenser piggy bank

- Die-cast 30cm Batmobile and Batwing from the first movie

- Batman Forever poster magazine and official magazine

- Bubble bath figurine of Clooney's Batman in Anti-Freeze costume (actually very cool)

- Plush Val Kilmer Batman toy with vinyl head

- Little plastic Batman, Riddler and Two-Face heads that were full of candy

- And numerous other crap.

I always enjoyed the comic adaptation artwork from 89 and Returns. The 89 Novelization is good and i think it was you that recommended that i not buy the Returns adaptation.

Yeah, the Returns adaption seems like it was written in a day. I can understand that Returns would be extremely hard to novelize given how visual it is, but it still comes across as extremely basic and even lazy.

That's it-! I like the words 'realistic styling' on there. I'd love to know what the makers of it think is realistic about it.

:wow: Oh wow. I wish I had that.

I got this @ Quake Collectibles, last week ... the nostalgic toy and comic shop where I said I got the BF movie magazine (as well as a Returns, and B89 one) ... well anyway, it's awesome. It was the only Batman Returns toy that had the accurate costume. I got it and it's still new in the box if anyone wants to buy it from me.

I used to have Val Kilmer as Batman bubble bath product.

How much would you want for it including shipping to the UK?
