not Metorite Impact or Ice Age, simply because while it might end Human life on the planet the world itself will continue and something else will evolve to take our place.

In fact, a number of the options fall in that category. Even Global Warming will not kill all life on the planet. Ocean dwelling creatures will probably survive.
