(please don't ban me):(

All the girls I've dated have been open to the collection I have. And, if I am not mistaken, most have bought me related things because they know I like comics. I had one girlfriend who was more excited about X-Men than I was.(Mainly because she thought/thinks Hugh Jackman is sexy) And, another girl I dated couldn't wait to see Batman Begins because she thought Bale was hot. When she saw him with his shirt off, she said, "Yeah.. I'd do Batman!"

Geez.. I guess it's true. I just remembered.. the last girl I took out, when she found out I liked Batman, she said, "When I was a kid, I wanted to marry Micheal Keaton."

My high school sweetheart, who bought me the coolest cast iron Batman, loved it when I wore my Superman shirt under my suit as an undershirt. She thought it was sexy when I undid my tie and buttons.

Ok.. ok, I can share. Seeing as these girls are ex's, I will PM their phone numbers to the first five guys that PM me with $500.

^sweet . . . do you take monopoly currency

everyone's less worried about sex and showing their attracted to people, generally.
You don't actually believe this do you? We're just less of a prude when it comes to sexual issues, but the troubles of love affect us in the same way. A geek in Europe is the same as a geek in America, really.

it's not that big a difference but there is a difference.

Yeah a geek in europe can get legally drunk at a younger age.

Ah, I've only just noticed you yourself are a European. I do think we're a little looser here, but the difference is really small. We've got our little rejection-fearing-youth here too (I should know as I'm often one of them ;)).

True, thank to god. We get a five-year head start on you guys.

the UK is less european than the rest of europe really.

I know, but you still share a lot of traits with the continent. You're usually less of a prudes than the Americans are anyway. Anyway, I'm here to say (and that's a rhyme, yay) that beyond some legal technicalities, the matters of love are largely the same in the Western world.

often the ones that are exceptional in some way have difficulty.

*squeekness has an extensive comic book collection and some X-men related figurines around her computer and her husband hasn't booted her out of the house yet. One year he bought squeekness some X-men bobblehead dolls. They were ugly, but at least it was the thought that counts. ;) *
