Sequels How many Spiderman movies will there be?

My guess is that 3 is gonna kick some serious butt, might outdo the first 2 in terms of revenue. But how long can we expect this series to continue? Does 7 sound like a good number? Anyone expect it to go over 10? Age won't necessarily be an issue, since they can replace Tobey when he gets too old like they do with James Bond and Doctor Who. Will new film technologies, like 3D movies, breathe new life into the series? What say ye all?

But if they plan on making a bunch more then they need to slow down on killin' the characters!!!

GG1 and Ock have possibilities to return. Venom if Brock is killed, does not. In the comics when Norman was "slain" by his glider, it was said that the formula revived him. That's not said to occur in the movies, but the possibilities are endless.

Someone also was babbling on the board that Raimi said Ock wasn't officially dead, and Molina is ready to do another so who knows. I know I would love to see those two return in the future...like number 6 if it gets that far.

I think there should be 6 but no more! there arent even enough villains to do more than 6 unless they start including the spot and rocket racer (dont kno if thats his real name).

i agree that GG could be brought back like in the comics but doc ock would just be stupid!! how did he survive?! swim to shore with a tonne of metal on his back?!?!

Also i think that if they go for 6 peter parker and mj should be recast so it kinda like 2 spider-man trilogies but one overall series, if u get what i mean?? every1 knos tobey and kirsten wont sign for 3 more so just change them now so 4,5,6 are consistent!!

I agree ^^^ but Ock should be back... that way you can do the Sinister Six... it could easily be done... show a scene where his tentacles come back to life and swim him to shore... then have him get picked up by another person... like a Nick Fury or a King Pin and show he has been in hiding in the events of SM3/4 as the Sinsiter 6 is slowly built up by SM6...
