How many times have you seen Man of Steel?

6 times. The second viewing was the best. I was alone and soaked everything in once my excited nerves calmed down and really understood and appreciated the things I vastly missed the first time. I also liked my 6th because I waited a good-while in between the last viewing prior and I took my parents so that was a fun one for me as well. May squeak out a 7th and final one when it's all said and done.

I had basically the same experience. My 2nd and 6th viewings have been the best so far.

:argh:......"and you!...you think your safe?....I'm going to watch it more Stephen!!....I will watch it more than anyone on this forum!!!!..... I will watch it Stephen........I will....watch.....iiiiit!!!".....:argh:

What are you doing Manofsteel4life? This is madness! I was bred for this, you had your chance. For every viewing you see, I will see a million more. J/k kidding.

Please be my guest, the more people that see it multiple times the better it certainly won't hurt the B.O.

5 times. I would like to see it again, but the only cinema that played it in my area in the english version, now only plays the german dub version since yesterday. I have seen the movie once in german, but hated Zods dubbing so much that I cannot watch it ever again that way. So, yeah, I now have to wait for the BluRay. But hey, 5 times is not bad. I saw Rises only 4 times. The only movies I saw more in theatre than MoS were Rocky Balboa (6 times) and Dark Knight (9 times), so Man of Steel is in great company.

I think that holds true for any of these kinds of movies, I don't think MOS is unique in that respect. I work 60+ hours a week otherwise I'd have seen it even more. I just finished a big project, so later in the week I must celebrate by seeing MOS again lol!

Yea....booo!, I work 40 and I have my dog and my girlfriend waiting for me at home, other wise I think I would go right after work :hehe:

I've seen it 4 times now, tying with Superman Returns for most viewings in-theater of any movie I've ever seen. I feel obliged to see it one more time and cement the record with MOS

7 times. My favorite viewing was in D-box

7. Nowhere near my record when the Prequels were released. I spent serious coin in the Prequels.

damn. it left in 2 theaters only with all the unfavorable show times. it's done in my country. :(

Damn, so my last chance to catch it in IMAX 2D or 3D is tomorrow (Thursday) at noon or 3pm. Problem is I am really busy writing this paper and I don't think I can sneak out for 3 hours (including commute time) to see my 7th viewing....arrgggggghhh

I can either try and finish up this paper in 12 hours and get no sleep, head to theater and see it. Or I could just forget it and leave my total viewcount at 6. Such a hard choice because real IMAX 2D was an incredible experience I'll never have the opportunity to have again.

if you think you can, you can!!! :D

finally done my 3rd. n i can vote now. :D

when you soaked yourself totally into the movie, don't think and analyse anything, it was fantastic!!! 10/10
the experience was just as good, in a smaller screen though.

but i watched it alone in the end. failed to persuade any of my colleagues. :(
i don't know... people are so anti-superman today. they said they are batman fans, ironman fans, thor fans... one said it is impossible for superman to behave so humble when he is so superior than all of us. the other one said he is too ridicolous good looking, and she wanna tear his face into million pieces... :(

they simply dont wanna give a chance to this movie. the hatre is wow... we were together watching the avengers and TASM :(

Its their loss :woot:
Its a 10 out of 10 from me too, everytime I see it it just gets better

Seen it 6 times now.

1st time was just such a weird experience emotionally for me. I don't think I could process it all - part marvelling at the spectacle of some scenes, and part dealing with my own dissapointment.

2nd viewing was loads better as I saw it with a friend was was really enthusiastic and loved it.

4th time was another friend who wasn't so thrilled by it.

3rd, 5th and 6th were on my own, and by the 6th I just don't feel like I'm getting anything more out of it TBH. I'm kind of done.

Fr my 3rd viewing, I think jor el had everything planned, including his son born the natural way. Fr his conversation with the council, he already decided to have the codex for his son to revive krpyton on the earth.
