I personally liked the editing/pacing in the film a lot. I don't know why it bothers some people. The only time it felt a little jarring for me was when they abruptly transitioned from baby Clark in a rocket ship to adult Clark on a boat. I just wasn't expecting to see him all grown up right away. It also kind of makes me reflect on how we take little things in the comics for granted -- like words, such as "then" or "now", which help to indicate exactly when the story is taking place, be it past, present or future.
I thought that was really creative and unexpected the way they went from his ship landing to him grown up and traveling the world. We got to see our first Super feat pretty early that way and I loved the oil rig scene!
Went again to see MOS didn't think i would so that makes 5 times now and this was the best viewing for me everyone clap at the end and the cinema was nearly full so still doing well in OZ.
I haven't seen the movie yet but hopefully someday i will on Blu ray when it comes out. I hope its a good movie to get and finally get to see it.
Watched it again this morning and I still stand by my 10 out of 10 for now. I gave myself some distance from it after my 4th viewing, clear my head, watch and enjoy other things and today I though hmm wonder if its still showing and it was so I went and yeah loved it more this time than the previous times. Still a solid 10 for me.
