This Thread is inspired by OB12. He was the first person to ask this question.

So.... Let's go

This is what I was thinking:

It Needs to be the final shot of the trailer.

Music Stops, You see Thor in a Battle Stance facing the camera tightening his grip on Mjolnir. Camera Pulls Back till you see the back of an enormous Green hand/shoulder (still seeing Thor in the shot though) cut to black for a second (to invoke a quick "Holy S**t! It's Hulk!!" Moment). Then cut to Hulk facing the camera Roaring and Flexing in all his Glory

End Trailer.

Just posted this in the speculation thread but oh well. It should have Thor using Mjolnir to summon a bolt of lightning to hit something then the thing that's just been hit starts moving, a bunch of debris that was ontop of it starts falling off until you seen Hulk's angry face, Thor will say something like 'By the Gods!' then Hulk lunges at the camera with a roar and it all goes black.

I think it'd be cool if it was sort of like how War Machine first showed up in the IM2 trailer: At the end, just long enough for us to definitively know it's the Hulk, just short enough for us to go HOLY CRAP

Khermik
Kirmit,
Are you guys brothers?

Is it really that important how the Hulk is introduced? I know he's gonna be different from the Norton version but it feels like you guys are describing him to be the main focus of the movie. He's not gonna be the major villain in the movie or anything.

Nope You misspelled my name that is why it looks so similar
I know you have @L after that, even as i was writing that i knew, but they're still very similar

No one expects him to be the main focus of the movie but the way Marvel is playing it at the minute, keeping him under wraps as it were, seems like they'll have a big reveal. Also, remember when they released the individual banners they kept the Hulk til last and it caused the most buzz around here.

I think they should have flashes of Banner with his eyes changing throughout all the other Avengers stuff, after he completes the change, show a silhouette of Hulk with Black Widow facing him in view, and ask him timidly -

"Banner?"

and have Hulk respond showing head and shoulder shot-

"Sorry...no Banner here."

Flash Avengers logo - Hulk again

"I hate puny Banner."

End.

Alright I see your point but if they do treat him as some monster in the shadows the entire time I'd be very surprise. Unless they're trying to increase his importance/awareness since he was the least popular of the individual movies.

I like this, id have hulk hidden in shadows and instead of the "I hate puny banner " I'd replace that with him stepping out of the shadow and reply "....Only Hulk! "

Please yes.

Also remember they have redesigned the Hulk so his first reveal will be a Big deal for Marvel, they are going to want to create Hype about it. I mean think about it. Thor, Cap, Iron Man gonna basically look the same but we have yet to see the new Hulk.

And yes Kirmit said they have been really low-key with anything Hulk so far which leads me to believe they may be planning something big with him.

On a bias note Just look at my Avatar and you will realize why I created this thread :woot:

Or maybe it's the fact that he's a CGI character and they're still working on the CGI, if they've even really started yet. I'd rather they wait until the CGI is done to get a shot rather than do something like the Mirror's Edge sequence in the Amazing Spider-man trailer that looked like it belonged in a videogame, rather than a tentpole movie. There's still what 9 months until the movie comes out.

I doubt we see Hulk in a trailer until Christmas time, maybe not until the inevitable Super Bowl spot. That should be plenty of time to have some good looking CGI for Hulk.

My initial thought was to have Iron Man firing a missile and then Hulk emerges from the fire and smoke with a massive roar as the trailer ends. My only qualm with that is that it paints Hulk as a vilian which they may not want to do. So how about this?

After a thoroughly awesome trailer involving many quick shots of the action. We see Banner running, perhaps moving people to safety, as he looks back several times. A close up of his eyes shows them glowing green and then a huge piece of rubble flies in his direction and seemingly takes him out. Cut to Avengers May 2012 title screen. Cut to the Hulk liftng the piece of rubble and crushing it between his palms. End trailer.

The hulks entrance needs to be epic enough to make the crowd roar with sheer excitement and applause.

This

Thor should say in a silly high pitched voice "HAI GUYS! HAVE U MET MY FRIEND TEH HULK??????"

In a secret underground facility:

Stark: So this is it? This is the team?

Fury: A genetically enhanced super soldier and norse god aren't good enough for you?

Stark: I dunno, I guess I was just expecting something... (Looks thor and cap up and down) Bigger...

Fury: Well actually...

Opens door to reveal Hulk, smashing up a lab in fury, scientists looking terrified.

Stark: Oh... Okay then!

Fury: "Hulk, meet Cap, Thor and Iron Man, your new team mates."

Hulk: "Hulk smash winghead, Goldilocks and shell head."

In all honesty if he is introduced as a bad guy in the trailer I think it might be a bit confusing for non comic book junkies.

Maybe like a battle scene after a big explosion big foot steps are heard and through the smoke Hulk's scowl is seen as he is laughing

I want to see him at the very end smashing the crap out of something.
