How tall should the Hulk be?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Ang Lee's Hulk about 9 feet during the scene where he lifts up Betty Ross by the cabin? That was the biggest size he became and way too big.

What I don't seem to get is why everyone keeps debating his height. In the comics, his height was 7'6" and weighed 1,150 lbs. For the movie they have chosen to go with 9' in height. It's not really up for debate anymore or like they don't know which direction they want to go. We as fans should accept the size given and concentrate on other pressing issues. They are not gonna change it. A growing hulk was just plain stupid. The worst part of the movie was when he picked up Betty. He was half the size of King Kong and then looked smaller fighting the dogs. His size was perfect in the beginning when he first changed when he looked to be around 8-9' ft tall.

Probably because the filmmakers have stated on record numerous times that the Hulk is three specific sizes in that film: 9', 12', and finally 15' as seen in that pic. I know it's a leap to think that he might be 4' taller than the listed scale height in that pic because Hulk is both hunched over and his knees are bent at about 45 degree angles. This is possibly due to the fact he's kneeling down during this scene in the film. I know it sounds crazy This thread is still moot as several people have pointed out due to the fact that in the movie 'The Incredible Hulk' the Hulk will be...
