Arcade: We all love the guy, but he's become a kind of joke character. Just brought in when a writer needs a big filler villain. Way he started out, he was an specialty assassin who wealthy clients payed millions to make the target suffer before they die. Thus, he builds high tech fun houses of death he calls "Murder Wordls" and pushes his targets minds and bodies to the limit in them so, even if they survive, when he finally lets them out, putting a bullet in their head would be a mercy. But, after so many failures, it's a wonder that he still gets the vast amount of money needed for his murder worlds. So, way I see it, he goes back to the basics. Starts doing more hands on assassinations. Snipings, bombings, poisonings, and so on. Becomes a major political assassin, and starts buulding up enough money for a new Murder World for some specialty kills on the side. Could end up being a good villain for Captain America, Nick Fury, or the Black Widow.
