How would you say your hype and anticpation level is for this years DC/WB summer comic book movie release SR compared to last years BB ?
Ben Urich said:I was incredibly hyped for Batman Begins from the get-go. I can still remember shouting "Holy ****, no way!" when they announced Bale (my personal pick) as Batman. I cheered when I heard they got Caine for Alfred... it was just all-around aweome.
While I am excited to see Superman on the big screen again, I don't know if I agree with the concept of basically making another Superman III. And SPacey looks like he's trying to channel (the awful) Gene Hackman in the trailers, so I'm just... scared. Tentative.

Words don't go together.
Sure, if you don't like the way he played it, no problem - but that doesn't make him awful.

"Batman Begins" ignored the GREAT Tim Burton films.

"Superman Returns" follows the GREAT Richard Donner films, starting where part 2 left off.
Thus, SR is the better movie.
A shame they couldn't get Gene Hackman back.
