movies you FINALLY got around to seeing...

The Godfather: I saw it a few months ago after my dad has been raving it for years. At first, I didn't like it. I always felt that in every scene and some of the deaths were unnerving (especially Luca Brasi). However, I've thought about it since then and it is a good movie. I'll watch it again once I finish Godfather II.

The Godfather: Part II: I saw most of this last week (still have yet to finish it. I can't watch a 3.5 hr movie in 1 sitting anymore). One thing I don't like is just as I'm getting into the story. The stories are still very intersting, but I find myself caring more about Vito than Michael (probably b/c Michael is more of a villain this time around).

The Notebook. All my girlfriends said to see it. So I finally did. I laughed at every piss poor scene. What a waste of time.

You made a huge mistake.

i just caught silent hill at the dollar movies. it was... okay, i guess. the atmosphere was great, the look of it was great, it was creepy, i loved the music, but the story was just kind of meh.

and what was with the ending? maybe someone can enlighten me?

notebook :up::up::up::up:

March Of The Penguins, I wish I didn't buy it,it's so depressing. Great movie, but so sad :(

Hostel, I laughed and I laughed :) Eli Roth is too funny, I haven't watched it with commentary yet but I'm sure it will be very entertaining.

I saw X-Men 3. The action rocked ass.
The CGI de-aged P.Stew and I.McK haunt me though.:(

Old School, I rented it on video last year because I'd only heard good things about it.:up:

sad thing is, I went and saw Old School in the theater with a large group of friends. I remember that I liked it, but I was so drunk, I remember very little else.
Friends make jokes and refer to it and I'm like, "Wha?!?", and they go ,
"FROM OLD SCHOOL, MORON!!"

Better rent it.:(

Old School is classic
Probably will be bogged down by the sequel  (Hope I'm wrong)

Just Friends

AWESOME movie! lol.

I <3 that movie...

"That plug won't fit in a European outlet!"

At first I thought she said "That plug won't fin in your penotlette" I was like "act natural and laugh and pretend you get it"

I just got around to seeing Short Circuit 2, what a classic.

Are you sure? It has 4.5/10 on the IMDb user ranking...however Tank Girl had like 4.9, and that's awesome!

I also saw The Untouchables for the first time in its entirety last week.

Masterpiece.

IMDB sucks. Don't listen to them.

Their ratings are generally accurate. It's the trivia that's usually BS.
