Something in the movies section, like a if you liked Clerks you're an idiot thread, were everyone, as usual followed in with "You don't get it because Dan's having sex with Vicki" "No wonder Vicki doesn't like you" etc etc, and then my post gets cut, out of all that, which wasn't graphic at all, and went something like this

"Wow, what's next KD? How are you going to top yourself next time? "What's the deal with charity? Poor people should just die" "Why haven't we nuked Africa, they're just making the world look dirty" '"Any portrayal of nudity should be a jailable offense, it's just indecent" "Why can't we just take organs from handicapped people? They don't serve any other purpose."

Are we talking about the same guy? This one writes like he's talking with an accent all the time... the kind of funny part (only kind of, mostly it's annoying) is that it reads like a creole accent, making him sound more like Gambit than Wolverine. Has he started typing in all caps now too? He wasn't when I first ran across him.

There's about four guys that do it. The most ******ed of the bunch are Wolverine25th and xwolverinex. Erz was talking about the latter, who apparently seems to need a different typing shtick for each forum section.

I was thinking of Wolverine25th (who actually comes across more as Gambit to me, which is still annoying). Xwolverinex is the one that I've told to stop typing in all caps. I didn't remember him typing in 'charater'.

Judging by what was left, I would guess that any post that wasn't on-topic about Clerks was deleted, but I can't tell for certain because they were hard-deleted instead of soft (hard=permanently removed - also reduces an individual's post-count; soft=made so users can't read, but other mods can go back and look if they choose - does not reduce post-count). Generally we don't hard-delete because of the post-count thing. I couldn't tell you why it was done that way in this instance.

Clearly they weren't going for off topic stuff, how could you on this forum? 75% of posts are off topic. I think we're getting way too censor happy about things that *might* hurt feelings. This is public, hurt feelings is a risk you take by partaking in public discourse.

Only Community (Dew). Some mods concentrate more in some areas because they spend time there anyway, but there's no one designated for a particular area.

Joseph_Freefall and I suggested it, but it was vetoed.
