Research can involve any number of things, just didn't wanna get my statement misconstrued. Lost is a pretty popular show, even the players who don't watch it could easily know someone who does.

What else counts as cheating? I just re-read the rules and they list no specifics. Not even in regards to just trivia challenges; but all of them. What can't we do?

What's allowed and what's not is listed in each challenge PM. Therefore, if it's not listed as prohibited, it's expected to be counted as legal. That's why I had to allow Matt's method's in the last challenge, and if Holly didn't say 'DO NOT USE THE INTERNET', then the internet is allowed.

Because you are making challenges based on ****ty shows you watch. Everyone should have an equal footing in challenges. To do it on such a specific topic is unfair.

Whilst I must say that a 'Lost' challenge is kinda one-sided, I have to back up my co-host here. It's somewhat evenly split as far as talent on each team... and someone will always feel left out. Each tribe had a number of Lost fans on their tribe (yours in particular was boasting at least two), so I can't really say she shouldn'tve done this.

But in general, the trivia will be kept to a minimum. I prefer challenges where everyone pitches in, and we'll likely have much more of that... but Holly's decision to do a Lost challenge makes the game particular to her, and the game is far bigger than any one day. It's survival of the fittest...

Uh, Day 1 was non-trivia

And so will Day 3...

And Day 5...

And Day 7...

And Day 9...?

Day 11 looks like will be my first trivia challenge... and even then it'll be 'unique'.

Yeah, I know... like I said, trivia won't be the mainstay of this game... but a few will be because they're staples. Comic Trivia? I hate those... but we've gotta have one. It's Hype! Survivor. Although we don't gotta have one....

Nope, she didn't mention the internet at all besides not posting questions in the Lost forum.

Yknow, you actually had to go to your art teacher with a print-out of 20 art pictures, or search through an author's books to find the first line that matches what he asked, or go to the Serial Killer hall of fame to find an answer. I don't see any difference between that, and LOST, honestly. I've seen maybe two episodes, but I have friends (and a roommate) who are fans. So yknow, trivia is trivia is trivia.
