Which is why I posted that there is no 100% way to guard against cheating. But with Showtime, and hey I like Showtime, it still would carry more of an obvious stigma than someone who wasn't involved.


Like I said previously, and Showtime said something too, it'd carry a cloud around him.

Each host, hosts their own way, but I've been a part of these for a while and I've NEVER seen a former player then host. It just was always considered biased no matter how nice and even tempered the person was.

But it could be argued that Showtime didn't really play.

Honestly I have no problem with you hurting peoples feelings - hell, I frequent a board ran by Zer00 - I am far more concerned with you showing extreme favoritism to certain posters.

Though I think grudges you may or may not have with a few other players in this game would also compromise judgment, that is a far lesser worry I have.

In the end, it's a pretty meaningless internet game. Last time I checked we don't get certificates in the mail, because I'd get that framed quick as anything.

But, this is how I'd do it. I'd at least try and create the illusion of some sort of unbiasness.

Three? A passing comment to Showtime that got blown way out of proportion is hardly a controversy. What are the other two? Brodie doesn't like the way I stir the pot? Hardly a controversy being as you, Toven, and Asteroid-Man seem to be the only ones griping over it.

I was thinking it meant I'd rather burn myself on a scalding hot piece of iron than come near you, but anything with Val is probably better.
