That was Matt's post. I think it's clear that he wants the caps to be posted by midnight not that "as long as the game was done by midnight it was ok".
I've cc-ed Matt the TC PM so he knows what happened and yeah, I'll let him rule on that.im not gonna argue with the judgement, if he wants to rule on it, it'll be his sole discretion

Y'know, I still don't like this...because the rule was laid down and it would be unfair to those counting on neither winning.
NO ONE GETS IMMUNITY! COMICCHICK IS SENT TO EXILE ISLAND AND WILL GET THE CLUE FOR WINNING THE CHALLENGE!
However...at this point in the game, this has gone on long enough. Because of the unique outcome of today's challenge, I am going to step in and intercede and do something that should've been done days ago.
There will be no tribal council. Instead, after several "days" of inactivity...and being the only player to not even try in this challenge.....
Badger...you played a great game. However, life seems to have gotten in the way. I wish you the best of luck in the things that are going on but never the less...
If Badger is back by the final tribal council, he will be able to vote on the jury. If not, the last person voted off prior to jury (Scarlet Spidey) will take his place. The next day will start when Bella is ready.

I'm not sure he had a personal vendetta against you two, but I think the ruling is pretty much BS. A time limit was given and not met. The penalty for this was laid out before hand. No one would get Immunity and everyone would be up for vote.This is bull, Matt had it out for me and TEDDY from the beginning of the merge damnit!
