Under TEDDY's power, you are lost to all.

The will of TEDDY is too strong to resist.:csad:

it sucked because it was so damn short, and then my subconscious made fun of me for it.

I've been interested in lucid dreaming myself. I've had a few, but they are spaced very far apart and I tend to wake up shortly after becoming lucid. I think the act of lucidity is so close to conciousness that it will wake you up and snap you out of the dream. I will run inside the dream just to get to what I want to do before I wake up. It rarely works.

I've read a few methods of training your mind to have lucid dreams, but the only one that I can recall now is a set of goggles that cost around $200. They are worn when sleeping and they detect when you go into REM sleep. The inside of the goggles will emit a slight red light and you train yourself to become lucid when you see the light within the dream. I don't know if it works or not or if its crackpottery.

I've heard about exercises that you can do during your waking hours that assist in having lucid dreams, but I don't remember where I read it. But it would make going to sleep a whole new experience.

normally, I wouldn't trust that... since I've made this thread, I've had a few without the need of a device to help me.

the reason it's easier to do it during the day is because it's easier to reach REM sleep when you're napping... I've done that once.

You can do it
I know you can

I've had about 3 a week on average since high school. So about 10 years now.
