Ugh, I haven't seen Zodiac :(

Zodiac captivates me whenever I see it on cable. The fiancee keeps telling me to just buy it.

May not be very accurate to every fact in the case, but it's a great Crime Drama IMO.

While I think the film is great and unique, the performances, everything, is well put together, I think people make too much of a big deal about it. It's not Fincher's best. That would go to Se7en. Hell I liked Zodiac better.

^Fight Club pretty much changed my life.:o

Before I saw the film, I tried my best to act cool and be popular, etc.

This film taught me how I was such an idiot before and I needed to just let go.

Fight Club made me realize alot of emotions I felt in my mid 20's early 30's were not that different from other guys that age.

I agree, Se7en is a work of art. Haven't veiwed Zodiac yet but I am sure I will like it.

However, as good as se7en is/was, fight club is so much more 'pure'. By that I mean it NAILED it's target audience (young, angsty, males) to a wall like few movies have ever even tried.

It was straight forward and to the point, the presentation allowed for a highly entertaining movie, while still allowing for all the little subtle commentaries along the way. Simply put, it saw its target and hit it with precision.

Having said that, I do think Se7en is a better movie (but I am splitting hairs when saying this)

I don't get why some people just love it to death. It has great performances and I recognize what it's trying to say, but I honestly couldn't give a crap about it. The characters are just unlikeable and the look of the movie is ugly and drab.

I like Fincher's work, but I find it overrated.

I think its a toss up for me between Fight Club and Seven

Although Ilike his other work better, this film showed me how to take control of your life. I love that theme. And Tyler Durdan represents something in all of us. As sick as he is, he is right in some ways to Norton. It's about being true and embracing yourself.

While I think Se7en is the better film, fight club was just like a call to arms. Also it just had, a style to it, i just really love it. It has been blown out of proportion though, mostly by repeated showings on G4 and Fuse

While I do believe it has been blown out of proportion, it's still my favorite film of all time. It sounds like such a cop out, I know, but it's the only movie Ive seen 25+ times and still get fresh insight after each viewing.

it just strikes a cord with many people, othere it doesn't.

that and it is one of the most quotable movies of all time.

Oh, yeah I agree. But I love the almost noir kind of style to it. I really love that slo mo smoking shot of Carter near the beginning.

And Pitt is fantastic.

Fight Club may be one of the greatest movies ever made. I can't wait till it comes out on Blu Ray

How was Seven, I've never seen it. The cover looks boring for me, so i never spent time trying to watch it but I loved Fight Club. It's a toss up between Memento and Fight Club for me. Both are great films in their own way.

So, who is picking this Blu Ray up on Tuesday? 10 year anniversary version at that!

Maybe when I get Star Trek on Blu I thought of picking this up as well.

god, I'm considering to get a blu-ray player just for Fight Club..

Um, these things were intended.

****ing love Fight Club.

Criminal how it didnt do well at the cinema. Fincher is the bomb. Alien 3 aside, I love his films.

The Game and Panic Room make good watching, but Seven, Fight Club and Zodiac are absolute musts for anyone who hasnt seen them.

Watch the directors cut of Alien 3. Much different that the theatrical one, which Fincher himself dislikes.
