She used to be but not anymore or maybe she still is. Its going on right now. She was evil. Now shes good but now she has been working with the Hellfire Club again and she's 'evil' although she most likely be good when this is all over.

She's crazy.

That's my current prognosis. She's just actually crazy and the Hellfire Club are figments of her imagination. So judge that as good or evil as you like.

Okay, fully theory...somehow her powers have been amped up considerably (considering where Phoenix Endsong falls in continuity, her being touched by the Phoenix Force could have done this) and as a result (especially if it's a result of the Phoenix) she has gone crazy.

So yes, the attack on the X-Men are mere projections of her powers...after all, aside from Colossus getting knocked out (which also could have been telepathic and not physical) what was done to them that Emma herself could not have done?

Kitty phasing through the earth could have just been an illusion and Logans' is easily explained

We saw Emma give the psychic whammy to Cyclops, Kitty could've been mentally forced to phase, and Emma could've given the whammy to Beast & Logan.
