I love calamari but not sure if I would like snail or not. Only one way to find out I guess.

(Jokes aside) French snails (escargots) are coked in a special pan with butter and sometimes a green sauce. Mexican snail is either fried or boiled and put in tacos. I recommend trying the french style first.

I'm always game to try most things food related. If I have the opportunity I will def give it a go. On my radar right now is to hit an all you can eat snow crab joint next week. Snow Crab is in my top 5 all time fave foods and we have several places out here that do all you can eat nights.

I love fish and seafood....as long as it is cooked.

To me, the best way to enjoy sushi is with raw slices of well seasoned fish.
I love squid sushi, and avocado topping. YUMMO.

I can get down on all types of sushi except for salmon or any other really strong fishy flavors. We have several awesome buffets out here that do unlimited fresh rolled sushi. I will go and smash those joints.

So I went to mow the back lawn today and when I opened the shed, guess what I saw?

A hornets nest. Yay. It was pretty tiny but still.

So I waited until dark, went back with gas and burned that mother****er down a stick and smacked it down then ran like the dickens.

Here's hoping they're dead now. I'll be checking tomorrow before I got to work.
