A few weeks ago (couple weeks before school ended) we had these two country singers come in. They had guitars and another instrument but I don't know what it was.

So anyway it was an all school thing so we had to all be there and my friend and I sat down. I turned to my friend (who also likes Ghost Rider) and made a joke and said "if they play Ghost Riders In The Sky they'll gain all respect from me" and we laughed.

Then they played a few songs and they were pretty good. Then they started to play another one and I remembered the theme at the beginning from another song. It sounded like Ghost Riders In The Sky and I'm thinking "No way. No freaking way" and they start going "An old cowboy went ridin' out one dark and windy day" and I turned to my friend and I'm like "holy crap!" and I laughed then they continued to play.
Their version sounded like Spiderbait's only I think they went too fast. Still, they did awesome.

So that was really weird lol.

LOL Sweet, I've had stuff like that happen to me. lol

Neat. Did you ask them if they'd seen the movie?

:yay:

lol. I was about to but I already get enough crap from a couple kids on liking Ghost Rider and Marvel etc. That'd just make them bother me more.

Not only that but I never really had time. I was going to see if I could catch them after it was over but I didn't get to. I did email them though. I told them about how I liked it and how I was a fan of a comic book character called Ghost Rider.

Gotta hate that. People at my school (To my surprise,) were excited to see Spider-man 3, and people were even talking about it.:woot:

Alot of people in my school saw Spider-Man 3 too.

Most liked it but quite a few said it was "gay" because there was "too much crying"...:o:down:rolleyes:

LOL My Girlfriend cried quiet a few times lol

Weird that I went in there saying "when they sing Ghost Riders In The Sky they'll gain all my respect *laugh jokingly*".

Then they start singing it after a few songs and it just kinda freaked me out.

Ha, that's pretty cool. I don't think it gets any better than The Outlaws' version of the song.

I still like Dick Dales version of it the best :o
