Pretty sure it's not going to be in continuality. What with the covers having the avengers pre HoM on it and all. It'll just be some fun story that shouldn't really have anything to do with the current MU at all.

According to the Wizard article, that won't be the case. Something big is supposed to happen so we can't ever say he didn't come back.
But then, they said similar things about Chapter One.
You know they tried to do a Chapter One on the Hulk but it didn't take?

And then they'll bring back Ben Reilly and Joe Quesada will break the fourth wall and insert himself into the comic and reveal that, all along, Ben Reilly was the original Spider-Man and Peter Parker will dissolve into a pile of dust.

Dont worry guys, i just saw the solicitations for the new onslaught story and its most definitly out of continuity. It takes place when all the heroes sacrificed themselves and went into alternate dimension. This battle takes place in this alternate dimension. It has nothing to do with whats going on now.
