I may interview Dan Didio. What question would you like me to ask him if I do end up getting the opportunity?

I'm leaving tomorrow morning though so post your thoughts quickly please. thanks.

Hmm...

I guess one thing to ask him if there's any plans for using Swamp Thing or his family...ever...again. I pretty much assume that there isn't, but why not.

Another one I would like to know if there's any plans to use Tomorrow Woman since she's back? Was there any reason to bringing her back in Trinity outside of that story or is TW destined to pretty much end up like some of Morrison's other creations and be forgotten?

Anymore back-ups planned?

Yeah, that's it I guess

How will 2010 be the year of Superman if it features two (obviously) mega blockbuster mini-series about the Return of Batman? :o

Oh, one more, are we ever going to see the rest of Ostrander's Spectre collected in trades?

Any details on the Johns/Robinson, presumably Superman, event in 2010?

With the GL Animated movie out, the film on the horizon and the beginning praise for Blackest Night could there possibly be talk of an animated Green Lantern Series if all these others do well and there seems to be demand for it?

I think that the Superman event is going to be more like Blackest Night in which it will be a Superman centric DCU event, while the Return of Batman will be more like World War Hulks and Battle for the Cowl in which it is an event, but a much smaller one with just the Batman books involved.

when and where will we see Jason Todd next? Damian wayne is my 2nd favorite character will he stay robin for the foreseeable future? Will we see interaction between Damian and superman? I've always wanted to see that

If Darthphere and Corp made out in the middle of a forest, would Leaguer be there to tape it?

o can u also ask if he can push Dc Direct to make a Damian in his new robin uniform? that would be awesome

Only if a ferret is there to crack open the rock of ages

Are there any plans to incorporate Adventure Comics and Power Girl into the Superman books and make them feel as connected as Superman, Action Comics, Supergirl, and Superman: World of New Krypton do?

You should ask him what the future of Superman looking like now that the trial is over?

ITT: Questions Dan DiDio won't/can't answer.

Ask him if he thinks change and development or status qup consistency is more important.

Ask him when Mark Waid is getting his job.

Ask him what babies taste like and why the hell he thinks he can cancel ReBoot and get away with it?! :cmad:

Seriously, I do think this would be a great question to ask. And if he gives you an eyerollingly BS answer (like we all know he would), punch him in the nose.

Why does the industry think that killing off characters like Martian Manhunter, Hawkman, etc is a good thing, especially when they always end up coming back?

Didn't end up getting the interview. DID get to interview Joe Quesada though :D (which is who I'd wanted to interview more), but more on that in the Marvel boards.

Yeah I imagine Quesada would be the cooler guy to interview. DiDio sounds like a sales man while Quesada sounds more like a fan who ended up in charge of a comic company.

Quesada always strikes me as a 14yo boy trying to be Stan Lee. :o

I really don't see the problem with that. I mean you have a guy who really loves his job in charge of Marvel and just look at the great stuff that they're producing.

Then you have DiDio and well...it doesn't feel like the love that Quesada has.

It's probably easier to just do what you want and enjoy your finished products when you're as far ahead as Marvel is of DC. But I also don't get the impression that DiDio is as invested in the characters and the stories as much as Joe Q is. Joe Q sure as hell doesn't have the lovable presence that Lee projected for a lot of the fanbase, though.

Damn, and I thought I could hold a grudge. :D
