I may interview Joe Quesada. What question would you like me to ask him if I do end up getting the opportunity?

I'm leaving tomorrow morning though so post your thoughts quickly please. thanks.

It's probably already been asked and I probably missed, but just in case: Does Marvel have the full rights to Marvelman to publish all the previous material? If so, how long before we see reprinted trades of Moore's and Gaiman's runs

This is less a question and more a demand. "Get your grubby hands off X-Factor."

Oh yeah, I threw this in the Didio thread, but I'll ask it here too? Anymore back-ups planned and of whom?

Any more plans on Marvel's Monster Line? Like Werewolf by Night?

And will they let Gaimen continue his last 10 issues....

I have three questions:

1. On Wizard's Previews website detailing Wizard Magazine #218 there's a mention of Avengers: Assemble saying "We've waited and we've begged, but can we finally be close to seeing the classic trinity of Thor, Iron Man and Captain America back together again at the House of Ideas?"

Can you shed any details on what this is about or will we have to wait just a little bit longer?

2. With the recent renumbering of Thor, the Incredible Hulk, and Daredevil will we see this trend continue with other books for Marvel's major characters like the Invincible Iron Man, Wolverine, and the Punisher? And will we see this trend continue with smaller books like Deadpool, Black Panther, and Nova?

3. With the Incredible adjective back on Hulk, will we see the return of the Mighty adjective on Thor?

Why does he hate the Hulk? And what does he find so interesting about a depiction of the character that eats people, despite overwhelming fan opinion against that?

Random, if you could, I would love for you to ask him if he foresees The Twelve ever being finished. With J. Michael Straczynski now with DC (and, probably not good to bring up, supposedly rather disgusted with Marvel), is this great maxi-series doomed to never being completed?

What was it like reading Loeb's scripts of Ultimatum? Was it hard to keep a straight face?:o

I doubt he read Ultimatum lol.

Phaedrus45 there was some art for an issue of the 12 in a cup'O'joe blog entry a few back. I believe it was for issue 9. I doubt they'll give out the release date. don't you love when books just fall off the face of the earth. It'll be back. My brother was reading Marvels:Eye of the Camera it was a 6 issue series after he got issue 5 #6 solicits disappeared. I'd really like both of these series to actually end.

As a custodian/ caretaker of Marvel characters (as opposed to outright ownership) and given that - in the grand scheme of things - your position is such that you will at some point move on to bigger and better things in the future, how far ahead in advance do you (or indeed CAN you) plan stories and events in advance.

My impression from reading descriptions of summits and writer round-table workshops is 2-3 years, would this be a correct assumption?

However, in saying that, do you or are you planting seeds of stories right now that you intentionally mean to follow up on in, say, 5, 10 or 15 years time?

It might be a bit out of his realm, but I'm curious where the next step for Marvel Digital comics might be. Any plans on partnering with Amazon/Kindle, or Sony if they ever develop a color reader for their online content?

My LCS said that Marvels: Eye of the Camera is solicited in November. So, that one is coming...not soon, but eventually, I guess.

Which reminds me of what happened to me at the Emerald City Comic Con. I had bought all the issues of Marvels:EOTC, including the black and white cover issues. Now, I always bag up my Varient Covers right away, not looking at what's inside; and, I end up reading the regular issues. So, come the day before the Comic Con, I notice that two of the people involved in the comic are going to attend, and I grab the Varient Cover to get signed. I get Busiek's signature, and eventually make my way over to the colorist's table. I hand him my black and white edition, and he gives me a strange look. He says, "Why are you bringing me this copy, it's all in Black and White." I thought these were like other black and white cover varients...but, the entire issue is in Black and WHite. DOH!!! He signed it anyway, as he said he had to do touch up on the writing or something to that effect.

how much longer do you plan to have this X-network of writers between Fraction, Kyle/Yost, and Carey? is the third part of the 'Messiah Trilogy' the end for them all? are there any plans to return X-Men Legacy to its former format and share load of characters with Uncanny? is Pak going to return to follow up Phoenix: Warsong?

I was listening to the Bill Willingham Spotlight podcast from the DC website. He had a guy on the panel with him that was talking about this. From what I got out of that podcast it sounds like that are going to get Gaiman to finish his run. Don't quote me on that though you may want to go to DC Comics website and check it out for yourself. They talked about the Miracleman stuff a lot in that. :o

With the huge success of Thor, the upcoming movie, and the (hopeful) return to normal scheduling of his regular comic, are there any plans for spinoff books, perhaps involving Beta Ray Bill or an ongoing Tales of Asgard-style anthology?

What the hell were you thinking of OMD?

(Except he probably gotten that quite a bit)

Seriously though has he ever actually admitted to the fact that it was the worst Spider-Man issue ever written?

I GOT THE INTERVIEW!!!!!!

Okay, I didn't ask everyone's questions (even some good ones) because I forgot a few of them in the spur of the moment, but here's what I do know:

-X-Factor is going to be fine, just kind of being redirected back, and focused on the actual detective agency aspect
-I didn't bring up OMD cuz I'm sure he's sick of it and also it makes me made in general and I didn't want him to get me kicked out
-He isn't confirming anything miracleman yet, but he said an announcement is coming soon about reprinting the old issues and finishing older parts, and he said that that announcement is going to make everyone happy
-he said they're doing something big with Sentry (my fav character) very soon. I also spoke with Deodato who told me more specifically to check out DA #10 for something cool with the Sentry.
-Asked him about various hanging stories/series (New Universal comes to mind), and he said they have every intention of finishing them but some won't be for some time yet
-As for the "mighty" being added back onto Thor, he said he has no idea whether they'll do that or not.

Anyways, great questions from a lot of you. Unfortunately i blanked a bit cuz it was kind of surreal, so I didn't ask some of the really good ones you guys posted (really wish I'd remembered your question Rambo. It's a good one). I caught him after a panel they did and he told me to follow him and ask questions after they got to the Marvel booth, so i got to actually walk through almost the whole Convention with him.

I'm going to post other random amazing stuff about the convention in another thread :)

That's cool, it's the one question I would want to ask him, but I don't think I would in that situation either.
