Takara Batman Begins 1/6th scale figure. Its is awesome. I love this thing. I have held back from buying all other 1/6th scale versions of Batman from Begins because they just didn't look as good as they should. This one does. I've been mulling over getting a statue for the past few months already. And as the resident Bat-fan I've been wanting my first statue (or bust) to be of ol' Bats. But f*** that idea all to hell. I don't want a statue anymore if I can get this big bad mofo and pose it any which way I want with his weapons or without cowl. And yeah, the Bruce head isn't absolutely identical to Balebut the Batman cowl is the best of them all. The Medicom and Hot Toys versions are close, but this is absolutely close. The suit isn't all bulky either and this one has a better POA range.

Any help finding this Takara Batman for under $200 (and the closest to $150-175) would be greatly appreciated. I've hit ebay and $200 seems to be the standard. I truly want this and I'm willing to get rid of alotta unnecessary stuff I have just to afford him. I've been meaning to downsize my collection anyway. You guys think I'm crazy to get this???

I have heard your argument. This figure happens to have a great looking cowl and Bale chin. Thats the reason I've passed on all others. I want a definitive BB collectible (and i was gonna buy a statue for this) but this strikes me as so much better because its not just stationary. I can pose him doing a numebr of things from figtinhg stances to iconic statnces to using the grapple gun to throwing a batarang and so forth and so on. I have plenty of figures of renditions of comic Batman, and I'l continue getting them with the Infinite Crisis Bats and the ReActivated Bats and the Elseworlds Bats and so on. But I have no definitive BB anything aside from the lame 5inchers Mattel put out, and thats are gonna stay MOC with my MOC movie Scarecrow, R'as Al Ghul and Ducard.

Its just I appreciate BB so much for bringing back Batman and giving me some hope for the future of the movie franchise. And I love the costume.

If so.....why pay som much for a figure....though other folks swear by Medicom figures.
