If a girl hit me, I'd hit back.

It's not even that. It's all these Sir Lancelot guys who won't even entertain the possibility that a woman:

a) can injure a man
b) can't always be restrained
c) aren't all "helpless victims"

Yeah these are the type of kats who sit around eating fruit and walnut mcdonalds salads talking about "Why my woman gotta hit me, she know i love her" Why some other nikka just found out his girl been cheating and he just start crying blowing his nose singing some issac hayes.

Where's your backbone at nikkas??

laughing at that crack you said about chicken and walnut salads!!!! LMAO!!!!

What do you use Jag :supes:

Chicken, beef, fish, eggs and lot's of whey and casein and a bit of creatine now and again. Other than the residual hormones and steroids that I might get from the meat, I'm natural. :)

jag, who knows enough about those performance enhancers to know he doesn't want to muck with 'em, personally...

Fair enough I was natural for many years (on and off) lol :)

It's a choice and risks are associated, that I will never deny, I put the Cartilage damage I suffered playing Rugby down to Steroids in part. Creatine is pretty nasty though if you're not drinking enough water. ZMA is a good product for naturals.

Yes, ZMA is good. Helps me sleep quite nicely. GABA is another great addition to a night-time stack for deep sleep and HGH release. I down 1.5 gallons of water a day, so I'm not too worried about creatine dehydration. But, you are right, there are pros and cons to juicing and I have enough hormone and joint issues without adding to them, so I've veered away from the stuff.

I am not using anywhere near as much as I once did, I am less worried about size these days. I had a few raised liver enzymes a while back and have been taking precautions. It's crazy I don't know how old you are, but I think back to when I first stated in the mid eighties, we used to use GHB and not GABA for growth hormone release in the night. Now it's a date rape drug. Go figure.

GHB is definitely outlawed here in the states. GABA isn't as it's pretty benign unless you take A LOT of it (like over 10 grams at a pop). I started lifting in the eightes but got off track from it in the early nineties. I've just been back into it really heavy again for the last year and a half. I'm not a whole lot younger than you are. :)

GHB is a class C drug here and has been for a while. Yup GABA is pretty safe, but interestingly GHB differs from GABA only by substitution of GABA’s amino group with a hydroxyl group – making GHB able to cross into the brain.

I'm a girl and I agree. If I hit a guy, I would expect a hit back. Don't take that crap guys. Those girls think they can get away with it just because they're girls, they don't think they would get hit back. They need to know that the Earth doesn't revolve around them and they don't rule anything. So don't start meaningless battles that you can't finish.

Well said, thank you.

Yes, GABA is non-transitory (I believe that's the term I've seen used to describe drugs that don't cross over into the brain). Ever take too much GABA and then get hot flashes and feel your face go numb? LOL!

I've not used GABA much, I have taken a lot of GHB over the years and directly injected HGH into my subcutaneous fat at my stomach using an insulin needle. I have been a bad boy. :(

Well, at least you knew the risks going in. Most people really don't. Did you ever compete in shows?

No... I actually really only bodybuild to support other sports (well that's a bit of a lie these days I bodybuild because I am vain). I get big and pretty cut, but.... Proper competitions are beyond me, I am strong but have short legs for my height etc, which aesthetically is not pleasing compared to people with longer bones etc. Have you competed.

No competitions on this end, either. I've got the size but there's no way in hell I want to do the diet. I'm also white as a ghost and I don't think they could EVER make enough Pro Tan to sufficiently cover me enough to make me dark enough to be on stage. LOL! Plus I have ink which is frowned upon (though not as much as it USED to be). I lift because I enjoy having the functional strength and I always feel so much better as a whole when I'm lifting from the exercise (and the fact that it helps raise my test levels, which I confirmed are pretty damn low with some blood work last year). It's also a good anger management program and helps keep me from reverting back to old habits like smoking (which I kicked over a year ago). The physique I get from it don't hurt, either. Heh!

This post rings so many bells for me, I almost could have written parts of it myself my friend. I find it an excellent anger management program. I hate diets (although I know how and have done it) and I like you also have ink and enjoy the functional strength. I am much more confident when I am strong. I guess it's a self esteem issue when I am lifting big weights I know what I can do. When I'm not :(

Nice talking to you I am off to train now.

Sure it's a self-esteem issue. I think it is for most folks. I'd rather have some strength and size than not, personally. There is a confidence fact that comes into play in having it. Enjoy your workout. You can read up on Timed Carb DIeting (TCD) when you have some time. Good stuff and by far the easiest "diet" I've ever done but I tend to eat VERY clean anyways.

It's an interesting thread. It's funny to see how the chivalrous men would handle the situation as opposed to the "treat everyone equally" guys.

It has nothing to do with Chivalry, well at least for me. A man doesn't hit a woman because there is no need (usually). Just like hitting a child, does a man really need to hit a child? No, for the most part and the usual set of circumstances no. There is no call for it.

Now if a woman has a knife and is trying to stab my ass, that's another story, I'm dropping her ass or drop kicking her ass, one of the two.

I don't hit women because there is no need, have you even put your hands on a woman? I mean just physically grab her? That is enough to put the scare in most women. There is no need to hit them.

A "woman" should have more sense than to just walk up and put their hands on someone, whether they hurt them or not, it doesnt justify you putting your hands on someone.
