A "woman" should have more sense than to just walk up and put their hands on someone, whether they hurt them or not, it doesnt justify you putting your hands on someone.

Um, no. Knowing you don't hit a woman is pretty basic moral common sense. It has nothing to do with sex, which is a decision between willing adults. I fail to see how because you know not to hit a woman that you believe in celibacy before marriage, that seems like a leap of logic.
