The Fantastic Four, then the X-Men and finally the Silver Surfer.

I think they would hold off on rushing the X-Men, they will take it slow and get a plan together on the best way to introduce them before they start making new X-Men films. That gives time for the memory to of the Fox films to fade a bit before they reveal the MCU versions, plus they know that there will be a lot of people that will be looking for things to criticize so they will want to do it right.

The Silver Surfer could start appearing in the MCU films very quickly but the nature of the character means they would probably use him in a support role for a few films, building him up to the audience as Galactus's herald before they invested in a solo film. A big issue is that he would be expensive, a CG character flying through space, it would be hard to keep costs down since there would not be a starship set or anything like that they could use for stuff.

The Fantastic Four would probably who I would say Disney would go with first, they are on earth so real sets and locations could be used, they are a major part of Marvel history, and there are strong themes of family which is the kind of thing Disney like. Plus Marvel have a line of MCU Directors who would love a chance to make a F4 film.

Fantastic Four. Because you need to get Doom to appear in the MCU asap.

I think Silver Surfer would appear first but the F4 would headline a film before he did

I'm thinking
2021
Fantastic Four

2022
X-Men
Silver Surfer

I don't want another series of Wolverine films. I'd be open for film spinoffs like New Mutants/X-Factor/X-Force maybe after 4 Uncanny X-Men films. As for Deadpool, I don't really know. If Disney doesn't reboot him and let him be a stand alone series okay. But in the mcu? There's no need fo r areboot anytime soon.

Fantastic Four. Easiest to introduce. Someone had to buy Stark Tower.

I would go Fantastic Four, then X-Men, introduce Silver Surfer in another Marvel cosmic film leading to his own spin-off film, which I may reverse and do the Silver Surfer Coming of Galactus as his solo, guest starring the FF, as opposed to making it an FF film. Save something else for a formal FF sequel.

as curious as i am to see what feige and co could do with x-men, FF deserves to be first.
they are true marvel royalty and deserve to be in a good movie.

Different Characters in different movies

GotG III - Silver Surfer
Spider-Man - Iceman & Human Torch
Ant-Man & Wasp 2 - Pym & Reed scenes Wasp + Susan
Black Panther 2 - Storm
Captain Marvel 2 - Rogue
etc etc

Oh man, I want the Avengers Tower to become The Baxter Building so much!

I'm thinking that Fantastic Four will need some more time before a reboot. 2016 is probably still on people's minds.

Deadpool is tough. I don't see Disney ending a franchise as successful as that. But they will want a clear break from Fox-Men.... if only Deadpool was less intertwined with the X-Men universe.

X-men is the more lucrative franchise.

Saying F4 should be first would be like choosing Deadpool before Spider-man if it were an option. Or Namor before Hulk as far as distribution rights go.

Be a freaking bloodbath. They all want to do FF, from things I've seen. Dude, the fight for who gets it might be such that the harmony is shattered, unless they all sit down and talk out their ideas, or they go outside the stables again for another new young talent, to be aided by a few others.

While my heart is on the FF, I would not say no to the Surfer or Doom being first.

And when do you plan to release X-Men if Marvel gets the rights this year or next year? The thing is Fant4stic is already two years old, while there's an upcoming X-Men film next year. And the development for the reboots could take time. And since it is going to be a longer time since we got a F4 film than X-Men, I'd rather have F4 first.

FF4. Always loved them. I mean, come on, they're the first family of Marvel. They deserve a good movie already!

I would provisionally agree with this. In addition to the two years that has passed since Fantfourstic, if the new FF reboot is on a similar development schedule to Spider-Man: Homecoming was, that would put another two years of distance between it and the Trank version. Hopefully, that's enough time to get the taste of the movie out of the audience's mouth, but given the abomination that it was, I just don't know. If they do X-Men first, as you said, the Fox version just seems too recent. There's definitely pros and cons to doing either one before the other, though....

Fantastic Four is easy to implement, and they need those associated characters if they're going to do a cosmic focus in the future. Mutants are much trickier and I don't want to lose the awesome spin-offs we've been getting.

Fantastic Four, Silver Surfer then X-Men. The first 2 can be join at the same time imo.

Captain Marvel 2 - Rogue

This just made me think. Considering there are rumours of Captain Marvel starting off in the past and Carol disappearing only to come back years later. What if they made it so a younger Rogue as a villainess put Carol in a coma like the comics?
