Why would they fight. I know i'm the guy who kinda started it, but I was just saying why would they want spider-man when they have better characters.

Not if he were in DC. Then they'd ultrapower them, and then remove all his power to make him look like a shmuck. And he'd get fired from the Daily Star because he'd lose his edge. Then risk his life to get his job back. Then his webs would come back slowly.
