If MSJ doesnt come back, who?

Got a new directorial candidate, David Slade, 30 Days Of Night was VERY good and had a great dark tone.

^Agreed, and it had a superbly dark tone that would fit well with GR as well.

No clue who I'd have direct it, but as far as the script goes, it depends.

Dan Ketch - Howard Mackie
Johnny Blaze - J.M. DeMatteis

I personally want MSJ to come back and direct the sequel, as he proved with the DD DC that he can do dark so i think he could make an awesome GR sequel given license to go darker.

I can't believe ANYONE likes what MSJ did with DD or GR. He's a hack, just like Tim Story.

Actually, I thought the Director's Cut of Daredevil was excellent. GR though: disappointing, especially when compared to it.

:yay:

The directors cut of DD was very good, MSJ is not the reason DD was poorly recieved SONY was. Sony tried to make a quick buck by making DD as much of a copy of Spider-man as they could which just doesnt work. DD was much more about the characters than the action.

Spider-Man, X-Men, Batman, and a whole host of others. That was the main reason why I didn't like it, coz it ripped off so many other movies.

Well thats the prob with comics in general isnt it? After a while your gonna start noticing similarities between them.

Not really. DD was an especially bad case; I mean, remember that scene where Bullseye was throwing the glass shards at DD and he was dodging them? I went  are you kidding me?
