If the JLA gets Made how would you design the Costumes?????

aquaman. there was a run where he changed his suit. apparently it was well-liked but it got too difficult to draw the complex design, so they went back to the orange/green. the black is actually dark blue.

i dunno, i kinda like it. it's better than the simple green/orange. although they are make it cooler and cooler with green/orange too.

the orange one does look like tempest. i've never heard of tempest until you brought him up.

the main green one aint bad tho. i like it.

i updated my JLA: Black edition with MM and hawk girl. and i changed the superman pic. and i changed the aquaman to orange and black, and i put some colorful backgrounds behind GL and batman.

interestingly enough, a lot of the character have donned some form of a black variation of their costume. superman in death/return of superman and godfall, the black flash was some zombie, WW had an awesome suit in superman/batman: absolute power, and batman's gray can more or less be darkened to black. GL's suit is black already.

I think the Black Flash is some kind of Super-Speedster Death Omen, from the stories I've read.

so what's the story with it? i never even knew there was a black flash. it just happened to pop up when i googled it to my surprise. he looks dead underneath the suit.

And the Dark Flash is the Speed Force death Avatar. All the Flashes that die must race with him before entering the Speed Force and rest in peace.

Although some of the blackened costumes are okay (Batman and Green Lantern - due to the fact that they are already black), I would not like to see the other JL members in black costumes. It does not suit them. They are public figures that connect and identify with the common people and are apart of society.

Take the X-Men for example. They are characters who lurk in the shadows (for the most part) and are separate from society. Their blackened costumes reflect the outcast part of society that they come from.

The members of the JLA need colors in their uniforms.
